Terms of Use
Version 1.1.0
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to Grimorius, a digital platform for recording intentions, generating personalized Oracles, building action routes organized in cycles, Tarot readings, a personal grimoire and AI-assisted reflection. The service is a digital guidance and planning tool and does not predict the future, guarantee supernatural intervention or guarantee concrete outcomes.
2. Nature of the Oracle
“Oracle”, “Call”, “entity”, “route”, “cycle”, “seal” and similar expressions are part of the narrative and symbolic experience. An Oracle is personalized content generated by Grimorius from the information the user provides, containing interpretations, suggestions, guidance, cycles, actions and other elements within the platform's narrative experience, turned into a practical action route. The names, entities and archetypes shown are creative and editorial devices: it is not claimed that a real external entity produced or communicated the content. The Oracle is not a legal contract with a supernatural entity, creates no spiritual debt recognized by Grimorius and does not bind third parties.
3. No guarantee and no prediction
Despite the name, Grimorius does not predict the future, does not foretell events, issues no prophecy and does not guarantee wealth, healing, relationships, employment, income, luck or supernatural protection. The Oracle and readings are symbolic guidance and reflection tools; the platform helps structure actions but does not control others' decisions or the outcome. The user remains responsible for decisions and actions and should assess their concrete situation before acting.
4. Eligibility
The service is exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. Users must provide accurate registration information and protect their password and device.
5. Permitted use
Users may record lawful personal intentions. The platform may not be used to plan crime, harassment, coercion, violence, self-harm, fraud, privacy invasion or abusive control of another person.
5.1. Pre-moderation and frequency limits
Before an Oracle is generated, each request goes through an automatic check. A request may be declined before generation when it cannot be handled under the usage rules or when it lacks enough context for a useful reading. Repetitive, automated or abusive use, or the reiterated submission of requests that cannot be processed, may result in a temporary limit on new consultations, automatically restored after an interval. This limit affects only the creation of new consultations; access to the account, to already generated Oracles and to their PDFs is preserved. Requests declined before generation do not consume the Mana allocated to generating the Oracle.
6. Health, finance and important decisions
Grimorius does not replace doctors, psychologists, lawyers, accountants or financial professionals. Health-related Oracle content must not replace diagnosis, medication or treatment. Financial content is not investment advice or a promise of profit. The Oracle is not medical, psychological, legal, accounting or professional financial advice.
7. Mana
Mana is the in-app resource used to run Grimorius features. The weekly balance returns to the plan limit and unused Mana does not accumulate. Mana is not money, an investment, a prize or transferable financial credit and cannot be withdrawn.
8. Cards, spreads and Servers
Cards are randomly selected by the system and then interpreted using the provided context. AI does not deliberately choose cards to manufacture a result. Grimorius's own deck, the spreads (how many cards and what each position means) and the "Servers" (the entities that answer the Oracle) are symbolic, narrative tools of guidance and reflection: they are not supernatural prediction, fortune-telling or certainty about events or about what other people think or will do.
9. Artificial intelligence
When external AI is enabled, the minimum necessary parts of an intention, Oracle or question may be processed by the configured technology provider. The Oracle is personalized content generated from the data provided and the platform's logic. Automated output can be incorrect and must be treated as interpretive and planning material.
10. Subscription, price and renewal
The checkout terms govern each purchase. For an annual plan, total price, 12-month term, payment form and any automatic renewal are shown before confirmation. Installments of an annual price do not by themselves make the plan a cancel-anytime monthly subscription.
11. Consumer cancellation rights
Applicable consumer rights for online transactions are respected, including statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. The narrative and symbolic experience never alters legal rights.
12. Intellectual property
Software, brand, interfaces, editorial content and proprietary guide structures belong to their respective owners. Users retain rights they hold in original text they submit. Access is a personal limited license.
13. Privacy
Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. Voluntary Oracle content may reveal sensitive data such as religious beliefs, health or personal-life information. Users should avoid unnecessary data and third-party information.
14. Suspension
Accounts may be restricted for fraud, technical abuse, violation of these Terms, fraudulent chargebacks or legal requirements. Notice will be provided when appropriate and legally possible.
15. Availability and changes
The service may undergo maintenance and evolution. Material legal-document changes are versioned and may require renewed acceptance.
16. Liability
Within legal limits, Grimorius is responsible for the digital service it promises to provide, not external events or outcomes dependent on factors outside its control. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
17. Support
Technical support may be opened inside the platform and initially handled by email, with optional WhatsApp contact when provided.
18. Applicable law
The initial Brazilian operation follows applicable Brazilian consumer and data-protection law, without prejudice to mandatory rights applicable to users in other jurisdictions.
